Sample development is priced at $300 to $600 per style, not including tooling costs. This includes technical analysis, material sourcing, logo setup and project management.
Packaging is a very important element that must be carefully taken care of and studied, we can handle this through our graphic designers who can start creating your brand image from the logo to the design of the boxes and bags, which will be produced by our best suppliers.
Sample development takes 4 to 8 weeks and volume production takes an additional 3 to 5 weeks. Timelines may vary due to design complexity and are subject to China's national holidays.
A custom project is created exclusively for the customer, all components or parts of them will be exclusively manufactured, the models and component sets are exclusive and made only for his brand and cannot be copied or sold to others. A label change is when an existing model is taken from the manufacturer and your own label is placed, but this does not guarantee the exclusivity of the model and components.
Production costs vary depending on design and material quality:
Low-end: $20 to $30 for basic designs with standard materials.
Mid-range: $40 to $60 for complex designs and higher quality materials.
High-end: $60 to $100 for quality designs with top-quality materials and craftsmanship. Costs include setup and per-item fees, and exclude shipping, insurance, and duties. This pricing structure demonstrates the cost-effectiveness of Chinese manufacturing.
- Footwear: 100 pairs per style, multiple sizes.
- Handbags and Accessories: 100 items per style. Our flexible MOQs cater to a wide range of requirements, a testament to the versatility of Chinese manufacturing.
lishangzishoes offers two production methods:
- Handcrafted shoemaking: 1,000 to 2,000 pairs per day.
- Automated production lines: About 5,000 pairs per day. Production scheduling is adjusted around holidays to ensure timely deliveries, demonstrating our commitment to meeting client deadlines.

The lead time for bulk orders is reduced to 3-4 weeks, showcasing the rapid turnaround capability of Chinese manufacturing.

Larger orders reduce per pair costs, with discounts starting at 5% for orders over 300 pairs and up to 10-12% for orders exceeding 1,000 pairs.
- You have the option to either handle shipping yourself or have our team take care of it for you, including all necessary documentation. We will source shipping quotes for you after your sample is approved and when we discuss your production order.
- We offer drop shipping services, though certain criteria apply. For detailed information and to see if you qualify, you can reach out to our sales team.
Payment is structured around specific stages: sample payment, bulk order advance payment, final bulk order payment, and shipping fees.
We offer tailored payment support based on each client's circumstances to alleviate payment pressure. This approach is designed to accommodate varying financial needs and ensure a smooth collaboration.
- Available methods include PayPal, Credit Card, Afterpay, and Wire Transfer.
- Transactions via PayPal or Credit Card incur a 2.5% transaction fee.
